Andrew MacPhee collecting his new Renault Clio.

SiMBA were delighted to be chosen as a charity partner for the St Patricks Day Ball, which was held on the 16th of March in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow,  and even more delighted, when SiMBA supporter Andrew MacPhee won the star prize in the raffle : A brand Renault Clio TCE 75 Iconic donated by Arnold Clark!

The St Patricks Day Charity Ball aims to raise as much money as they can for local Charities, and this year they supported SiMBA, Calums Cabin and Possobilities. All funds donated to SiMBA from this event will be allocated directly towards our family room refurbishments in the Princess Royal Maternity Hospital, Glasgow : https://www.simbacharity.org.uk/what-we-do/family-rooms/support-the-princess-royal-maternity-hospital-family-room-refurbishments/

The lucky winner Andrew MacPhee, bought his ticket from SiMBA fundraiser Joanne Boyce. Andrew attended Arnold Clarks head office to pick up his car and Arnold Clark Franchise Coordinator Andrew Currie handed over the keys. They were joined by St Patrick's Ball committee members Gerry Boyle, Niall Loakman, Denis McCann and Tommy Wallace, as well as Caroline Mulligan of Tourism Ireland and Joanne Boyce.

Andrew Currie said: ‘It’s always a pleasure to work with the St Patrick’s Day Charity Ball and it’s great to see so many worthy causes benefiting. The Renault Clio is a great little car, packed with outstanding technology and loads of great features. I hope Andrew enjoys many years of happy driving.’
