At SiMBA where we can, we look for ways to improve our services and to do this we reach out to those who have been in contact with us or used our services to help us.
We are currently reviewing our support services, looking at what works, what needs to be done to improve or strengthen our support services, and for this we are asking for your help.
We have created a survey looking specifically at our support services that should take around 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Whether you have joined any of our support groups, face to face or virtual; or joined one or more than one of our closed Facebook groups, or whether you have chosen not to we want to hear your thoughts on this.

The survey is available until midnight on 30.04.21 and the findings will be used to help us improve the support that we provide in the future. It is anonymous and all data collected will be held following the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Join a SiMBA closed Facebook Page Group
We have closed Facebook groups specifically to support those affected by the loss of a baby, a group for men only, grandparents and those who wish to share their babies photos. The groups are available 24 hours a day, giving families access exactly when they need it.
